Disclaimer
What we can and cannot promise, how to read the figures on this site, and why no agency can guarantee marketing results.
Last updated: 1 July 2026
No guarantee of results
This is the most important paragraph on the page, so we will put it first and plainly.
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic volumes, lead numbers, conversion rates or sales. We cannot, and neither can anyone else. Search engines decide their own results and change them constantly. Buyers decide their own purchases. Marketing outcomes depend on your market, product, pricing, competition, budget, timing and team — most of which are outside any agency's control.
What we commit to is the work: a documented plan, agreed deliverables, professional standards, honest measurement and a monthly review in which you can see exactly what was done and what changed. If any agency offers you more certainty than that, treat it as a warning sign.
Illustrative figures on this website
The dashboards, charts and performance panels shown on this website contain sample data created for illustration. They demonstrate the format and structure of the reporting we provide. They are not client results, not benchmarks, and not projections of what you might achieve. Each is labelled as such where it appears.
Case studies and client work
Case study summaries describe the problem we were engaged to solve and the work we did. Where a client has permitted us to publish outcome figures, we publish them with their approval. Where they have not, we say what we did and stop there rather than inventing something.
A past engagement is a description of what happened for one organisation in one set of circumstances. It is not a forecast for yours.
Testimonials
Every testimonial published on this website comes from a real client, is published with their written permission, and is worded as they approved it. We do not offer incentives in exchange for testimonials, we do not write them on a client's behalf, and we do not use stock reviews.
Where an engagement is confidential, we give the person's role and sector rather than a name. We would rather publish an anonymous quote than a fabricated attribution.
Content is not professional advice
Articles, guides and templates on this website are general information. They are not legal, financial, tax, regulatory or professional advice, and they are not tailored to your circumstances. Before acting on anything you read here, consider taking advice appropriate to your situation.
Nothing on this website creates a client relationship. That begins with a signed engagement letter.
Third-party tools and platforms
We reference third-party platforms — analytics tools, content management systems, email providers — where relevant. We are not responsible for those products, their pricing, their availability or any change they make. Where we hold a formal partner status we say so; where we do not, we say we work with the platform, which is a different and more accurate claim.
External links
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them, we do not endorse them by linking, and we are not responsible for their content or accuracy.
