FAQ

The questions people ask before they get in touch.

If yours is not here, ask it directly. We answer every enquiry within one working day, and we will tell you if we are not the right agency for the job.

Working with us

No. Search engines decide rankings and buyers decide purchases; neither is ours to promise. We commit to a documented plan, agreed deliverables, honest measurement and a monthly review where you can see exactly what was done and what changed.

The consultant who scoped your engagement. We do not have an account management layer, and we do not hand work down to a junior after the second month.

Programmes have a three-month initial term because nothing meaningful can be judged in less. After that they run on rolling 90-day notice. Advisory days have no minimum.

Alongside, almost always. We take the parts that need specialist time and hand over documented systems so your team can run them.

Scope and delivery

Usually within three weeks of a signed engagement letter. If we are genuinely full, we say so rather than starting a project we cannot resource properly.

Commercial

Advisory from £1,400 per day; programmes from £6,500 per month; projects from £9,000. All figures exclude VAT, and the full bands are published on our pricing page.

No. The initial 45-minute review is free and you leave with three prioritised recommendations whether or not you work with us.

No. Tooling, stock imagery, translation and media budget are passed through at cost with your prior approval.

You do, on payment. Strategy documents, content, dashboards and templates transfer to you. We keep the right to describe the engagement in general terms unless you ask us not to.

Data and privacy

Only what you submit through a form, plus anonymised analytics if you consent to it. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Only with named, time-limited access that you grant and can revoke. We ask for the minimum permission level that lets us do the job, and we document who has it.

Use the Data Request page or email us directly. We respond within one month, as UK GDPR requires.
