Prohibited use
You must not use this website:
- in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
- to send, receive, upload or knowingly transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, harassing, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy;

Forms and enquiries
Our contact, guide and data request forms are provided so that people can reach us. Using them to send spam, marketing solicitations, abusive content or automated submissions is a breach of this policy.
The forms include automated spam prevention. Attempting to circumvent it, or submitting at a volume that constitutes an attack on the service, is prohibited.
Automated access
Reasonable crawling by search engines is welcome, subject to our robots.txt file. Beyond that, you must not use robots, spiders, scrapers or other automated means to access the site for any purpose without our written permission, or in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
We do not permit the bulk extraction of our content for republication elsewhere.
Security
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it. You must not attack the site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
We report suspected security offences to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with them, including by disclosing your identity where lawful and appropriate.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this website, please tell us at support@contentgrowthagency.org before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge your report and will not pursue action against researchers who act in good faith, do not access or modify other people's data, and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue.
Consequences of breach
Failure to comply with this policy is a material breach of our Terms and Conditions. We may respond by withdrawing your right to use the site, blocking access from your address, taking legal proceedings, or disclosing information to law enforcement, as the circumstances warrant.
